Fitness. It takes effort. It takes time. It takes motivation. It also requires knowledge. I probably know about 2% of all there is to know about fitness but I will try and teach you the basics and what works and doesn’t work for me. I’ll dip into diet a bit but there will be a separate post about that.

There are 3 main principles for fitness

1: Strength 

This is what most people want to achieve when they go to the gym and start lifting heavy weights. To gain strength, you simply work your muscles to such an extent that they break down and rebuild stronger. This is easy if you have never exerted your muscles much.
